Two-Piece Clamshell Union Support Bracket either for 4×4’s or 6×6’s! The 4×4 set is used to extend or join two 4×4 posts (3.5” x 3.5”) end-to-end, and has a height of 13-3/4”. The 6×6 set is used to extend or join two 6×6 posts (5.5″ x 5.5″) end-to- end and has a height of 17″. You can place them so the holes line up and you can bolt through, or flip one over and all the holes are offset for use with lag screws.
