We designed, made and hand-finished this great sign! We used two pieces of 1/8" thick metal - - one for the flag and another for the rattlesnake. We then welded the two 1/8" thick pieces together so that the snake is on top of the flag. This flag is know as the First Navy Jack which goes back a long time in United States history - - plus it is super cool! We can convert pretty much anything into a 1/8" thick (or thinner/thicker) steel sign for you and make it in any length or width! We make and ship these in raw steel.
